You may request a refund when:
• The platform experiences significant outages exceeding 24 continuous hours, OR
• We fail to provide core features due to our error
1.3 Unsatisfactory Experience
Within the first 7 days of subscription, you may request a refund if dissatisfied, provided you have made only light use of paid AI-assisted features and premium tools.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available when:
• The 7-day window has expired
• You breach the Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
• Your purchase involved free trials or promotional offers
• Auto-renewal occurs after the refund window closes

4. Pro-Rated Refunds
For Annual Subscribers: If you cancel after day 7 but within 30 days, you may receive pro-rated refunds for unused portions. This is calculated as:
• Unused months / Total subscription length × Amount paid
• Minus a 10% administrative fee
• Discretionary and subject to company review
5. Legal Compliance
This policy adheres to Bangladesh's consumer protection standards. We guarantee refunds when services fail to meet promised standards or when required by law.
